I know it sounds ridiculous, but I’ve created this blog to remind myself of what NOT to do when trying to lose weight.
I have tested virtually every single weight-loss product on the market I think, and every diet under the sun, from the “okay, this makes sense” to the “holy cow this is bonkers”.
After all the pain I’ve gone through, I finally did lose a lot of weight, and I wanna make sure that you guys can benefit from my experience and walk away with a clear path to losing that belly fat of yours.
While you’re here, I’ll start off with the first of my findings, an obvious yet all-important truth: you can’t get consistent results with only a diet. You NEED a workout plan.
